Product description of ZHONGHE excavator long boom

ZHONGHE long fronts for the excavator is made of Q355B(Q690B Optional) steel with good strength and rigidity. The shaft sleeve of the extention arm is generally made of 45 # + 20 # steel, with 40Cr bushing embedded in it. In addition, the lubricating effect of grease reduces the shear force generated by the shaft and sleeve during frequent rotation, thus increasing the service life of the shaft sleeve.

The structure of the long arm of excavator is generally a box type structure, that is, the upper and lower cover plates are combined with the left and right wallboards. The buffer ribs need to be welded inside, so as to better release the stress generated by the excavator long reach fronts during welding and avoid damage.

Arm cylinder use the original one to save cost, we can provide one if needed.
