Material selection and supply chain management

Production process and quality control
1. The long reach arm plate is precision-cut using a plasma cutting needle to ensure accuracy.

Before welding, the plate edges are milled (tapered) using a large edge milling machine. This allows for deep penetration of the weld into the steel plate, enhancing the overall performance of the structure.
3.After welding, a double-sided large-scale floor-standing boring machine is employed for precision boring. This ensures the long-reach arm concentricity during operation and extends its service life.
